Plum Ketchup

A savoury sweet sauce made from beautiful autumn fruits. Delicious served with cheese and cold meat platters. It's also exceptionally good served warm alongside venison and other game!

INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Remove the stones from the plums
  2. Add all the ingredients to a pan, and cook over a low heat until they everything is very soft and broken down, and slightly reduced and thick.
  3. Leave to cool and then purée the mix in a blender until smooth.
