Sebastian Kobelt's Gin truffle eggs consist of a thin milk chocolate shell filled with 100g of his Gin caramel truffles.
ingredients: cream (dairy), sugar, dark chocolate (soya lecithin), butter (dairy), sea salt, cocoa powder, vanilla, Gin (alcohol). (Produced in a kitchen that handles: gluten, nuts, peanuts, eggs and sesame.)
All chocolates are freshly made in small batches without the use of any artificial preservatives.

German-born, well-travelled Sebastian Kobelt has three main strings to his chocolatier-patissier’s bow:
- Supplying his artisanal chocolates to fine restaurants.
- Taking on commissions for show-stealing chocolate sculptures and celebration cakes.
- Stocking his Linlithgow shop with hand-crafted chocolates, continental patisserie and a seasonal dessert menu.
His credentials for this work are impeccable: three years in the Kitchin and Castle Terrace restaurants, and a World Chocolate Masters finalist, winning the German title.
