The Twelve Triangles classic croissant takes them 4 days to make from start to finish slowly fermenting the dough at each stage overnight until they are ready to bake them off on the final day.
The croissants are laminated with The Edinburgh butter company cultured butter sheets making it gloriously buttery and rich inside.
The flour comes from Shipton mill with over 75% made up from UK grain.
