The seeded sourdough is made from 89% white Mungoswells flour with 11% stoneground wholemeal flour from Yorkshire organic millers, and a wheat sourdough starter.
Approx. 1kg loaf
They add soaked poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds & linseeds and roll the dough in a mixture of these seeds before proving and baking so it picks up a wonderful toasted flavour in the oven.
